By accessing or using our platform, application, website, or participating in any tournaments hosted by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and participate in tournaments on NEXT WIN ZONE PRO BETTLE.
1.2 By registering, you confirm that:

(b) you are legally permitted under the laws of your state/region to participate in skill-based esports contests and real-money or reward-based tournaments.
1.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that you are not barred by any applicable laws from using NW ZONE PRO.
2. Account Registration & Responsibilities
2.1 To use our services, you must create an account on NEXT WIN ZONE PRO BETTLE using valid and verifiable details.
2.2 You are solely responsible for:
(a) maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number, email, password, OTP, etc.);
(b) all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
2.3 You agree to:
(a) immediately notify us at
nextwinofficial@gmail.com of any suspected unauthorized use of your account;
(b) not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account to any other person.
2.4 Any fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, misuse, or use of multiple accounts by the same individual may lead to:
(a) suspension or termination of the account(s); and
(b) forfeiture of wallet balances, bonuses, and rewards, at our sole discretion.
3. Tournaments & Gameplay
3.1 By joining a tournament, you agree to follow all rules, formats, eligibility criteria, prize structures, and instructions displayed on the tournament card or rules section.
3.2 You must:
(a) join rooms/lobbies within the specified time;
(b) use the correct in-game ID and username as submitted on NW ZONE PRO;
(c) comply with all in-game rules and tournament-specific guidelines.
3.3 Cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, using unauthorized software, scripts, modded clients, emulators (where prohibited), or any third-party tools that provide unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.
3.4 Violation of fair play rules may result in:
(a) immediate disqualification from the tournament;
(b) cancellation of prizes and rewards;
(c) temporary or permanent ban from NEXT WIN ZONE PRO BETTLE.
4. Payments, Wallet & Withdrawals
4.1 All entry fees, bonuses, and tournament rewards are managed via the in-app wallet of NEXT WIN ZONE PRO BETTLE.
4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details (UPI ID, bank account, wallet information, etc.) are accurate and belong to you.
4.3 Withdrawals:
(a) will only be processed to verified and permissible payment methods;
(b) may be subject to KYC checks, transaction limits, and processing timelines;
(c) may incur delays due to banking networks, payment gateways, or technical issues beyond our direct control.
4.4 NW ZONE PRO will not be liable for failed or misdirected payments arising from incorrect details submitted by you.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refunds are governed strictly by the Reward & Refund Policy of NEXT WIN ZONE PRO BETTLE.
5.2 Except as explicitly mentioned in the Reward & Refund Policy, there shall be no additional refunds or compensation.
5.3 By registering for a tournament, you acknowledge and accept the applicable refund rules.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXT WIN ZONE PRO BETTLE, its owners, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
(a) losses caused by internet/network failures, device malfunctions, lag, or disconnections at your end;
(b) technical errors, downtime, or interruptions arising from third-party services, game servers, or payment gateways;
(c) any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
6.2 You agree that you use the platform and participate in tournaments at your own risk and discretion.
7. Modifications to the Platform & Terms
7.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, tournaments, or features at any time, with or without notice.
7.2 NEXT WIN ZONE PRO BETTLE may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on the platform.
7.3 Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
8. Compliance & Responsible Gaming
8.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to online gaming and esports in your jurisdiction.
